Peter Cho is Chief Operating Officer and a Partner at Green Tech Partners, where he leads operational execution, financial planning, and strategic growth initiatives across renewable energy, energy efficiency, and product innovation consulting. He brings 18 years of leadership experience from LG Chemical Co., Ltd. (LG Chem), with a background spanning finance, operations, and international go-to-market strategy. During his tenure, he served in multiple senior roles, including President of LG Household & Healthcare America Inc., overseeing cross-functional teams and complex U.S.–Asia business operations. Peter is known for disciplined project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and building scalable operating systems that support growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Hanyang University and leverages an extensive network in Asia to support partnerships, sourcing, and expansion opportunities for Green Tech Partners.

john M. Kerry

John Kerry is a Partner at Green Tech Partners, focused on energy strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement across renewable energy, energy efficiency, and innovation-driven advisory work. He is a respected leader with extensive experience spanning government, energy policy, and business management across both public and private sectors. His background includes senior advisory and leadership roles supporting energy planning, program execution, and institutional governance, including service on regional and national energy committees and boards. John’s expertise includes energy market structure, policy and regulatory alignment, and the development of practical energy plans that drive measurable outcomes. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross, a master’s degree in Public Policy Planning from Boston College, and a master’s degree in Government Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Based in Saco, Maine, John supports Green Tech Partners’ clients with disciplined governance, strategic clarity, and long-term implementation support.

Clayton lescalleet

Clayton L. Lescalleet III is a co-founder and partner of GreenTech Partners with 30+ years of experience in energy procurement, commodity risk management, and supply governance across regulated and deregulated U.S. markets. He specializes in aggregating and managing large, multi-site energy portfolios to deliver budget certainty, supply reliability, and contractual risk protection. Clayton has designed and executed national procurement programs for organizations including the Building Owners and Managers Association, the National Association of Manufacturers, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the U.S. Government, LifeBridge Health System, and the Archdiocese of Baltimore. At GreenTech Partners, he advises executive teams and boards on integrating conventional and renewable energy strategies with disciplined governance, transparency, and measurable outcomes aligned to risk tolerance and long-term enterprise value.

john tate

Partner

John Tate is Managing Partner at Green Tech Partners, leading firm strategy and client delivery across energy systems optimization, demand-side management, and long-duration energy storage. He has 25+ years of experience in energy markets and renewable integration. Previously, he served 15 years as President of Intelligen Resources, where he led the origination and acquisition of approximately 1.4 GW of energy and demand response projects in collaboration with more than 40 utilities. At Green Tech Partners, John advises commercial and institutional clients on practical pathways to improve reliability and cost outcomes through storage strategy, procurement optimization, and integrated clean energy deployment.
